MJ's first khaki uniform. The hat was given to him by an old Navy chaplain. It was pre-1941 and the eagle faced the port side wing. The developer didn't recognize it and developed the negative backwards to make it conform to the post-1941 hats that faced the other way. You can see the picture is reversed because the collar cross is on the wrong side - rank is on the left side - all backwards
